should we just go ahead with accepting them as ephemeral artifacts? 36 months is a full three years, and by that point the most usefully searchable artifact is the meeting notes, which we can keep!

I just left an update at https://github.com/gdcc/www.gdcc.io/issues/70#issuecomment-4681895802 to say I rescued all the videos. I downloaded them from Zoom and uploaded them to Google Drive.

As I said there, some of the notes might still have links to the old Zoom versions. The listing at https://www.gdcc.io/working-groups/documentation.html should link to the new Google Drive versions.
