One document to rule them all, One document to find them,
One document to bring them all, and in the darkness bind them
More seriously, what do you think abour a single rolling meeting minutes document rather than the current one-per-meeting ? I would find it much more easier that way to catch up and to be able to easily add items for the next docs meeting agenda.
Is it possible to link to a specific meeting within a long rolling doc?
Apparently it is by adding bookmarks in google docs: https://support.google.com/docs/answer/45893?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop. I've seen Julian use it in the UX WG notes doc
You can also link directly to a heading. If you click right on a Google Docs heading, a menu pops up and you can select "Copy heading link" and drop that link anywhere you want or add it to an anchor in the document. (Note: this is an argument to use Google Docs heading to format docs rather than tinker with font sizes/weights. @Philip Durbin ๐ this is how I point people to specific sections in our sprint planning document.
