Would it be possible to add custom metadata at the dataset level? Currently, adding custom metadata to a collection applies to all datasets within it.

Is there an API that returns all the metadata fields (both mandatory and optional) of a collection? Currently, http://localhost:8080/api/dataverses/2/datasetSchema API returns only the required ones.

Well, does https://demo.dataverse.org/api/metadatablocks and https://demo.dataverse.org/api/metadatablocks/citation help? They should work on localhost too.
