One user has created dataset sometime ago, but now his account seems to disappear. It still shows on dashboard, and he can still login. But, we can't assign him to any dataset (including one that he created). User Traces shows "ERROR, cannot get traces". Delete User shows "ERROR, user not found".
Anyone with similar experience? Do we need to modify the authenticateduser table? :cold_sweat:

We also could not manually assign Admin or any role to him (but, able to select his name as user):

Yuyun Wirawati (Jun 25 2026 at 02:17):It's a sticky situation. Even after user created new dataverse/dataset, still no User Traces. Planned workaround is for other project members to perform work in dataverse, or we create new account without shibboleth authentication.
