Can you ask in English, please?

Sorry, here's the transcript..
When a data producer adds or updates a new dataset in Dataverse, an automatic notification email is sent to all registered users in the system, informing them about the inclusion of the new dataset in the repository. How can I disable this option for sending updates? Users have been expressing concerns about this behavior.
That... doesn't sound right. I'm one of many registered users of Harvard Dataverse and when someone signs up and adds a new dataset, I don't get an email about it (thankfully!).
I'd be concerned about this behavior too!

What version of Dataverse is this? And it is a fork?

Here is an example of a message that a file has been added recently

v. 5.12.1 build 1122-cf90431
So if an random person adds a file to their dataset... everyone who has an account on the system gets an email?!?
Everyone receives the same notification
I'm asking internally about this. Sound very strange. Can you reproduce it on https://demo.dataverse.org ? By creating two accounts.
I created an account and made a deposit of a fake dataset

question: all new users registered on the platform are being added to the group (edit -> permissions -> groups/users). This way, we add the new user and assign their new role.
Is this procedure correct, or could this be causing the notifications?
Hmm, I'm confused. Which group are they added to any why? Yes, that's probably the explanation.

Each new user registered on the platform is assigned a role, as shown in the image below.

@Philip Durbin
What would be the default configuration to enable every new user registering on the platform to upload data?
I would suggest :authenticated-users, like this:

At UVA, we have this set up for each collection (we - the admins create collections, so we have to set permissions for anyone to deposit). Only those creating the dataset get an email.
We have nothing in the User/Groups roles. We just take the defaults for "Curator" from the permissions box:
