I have a dataverse collection created by UserA (role is admin).
UserA adds UserB and UserC with role admins to the collection.
If UserB creates a dataset in that collection, UserB gets the "dataset......has been created" email, but the other admins do not.
Then when UserB publishes the dataset all admins (UserA, UserB, UserC) get the "dataset.... has been published" email.
I just assumed that all admins got the "created" email. So really only THE user who creates a dataset gets the created email???
I tried this on demo dataverse, but it seems email notifications are turn off?
