Good morning. I wish you a happy New Year!
I have a simple question.
When a Dataverse's user publishes a Dataset and, after that, changes the Dataset's file access permissions, two Datasets are created, one in 'Draft' state and another one in 'Published' state?
Thanks in advance.

Yes, that sounds right. The draft gives a preview of the new permissions. After you published the draft, it goes away. And now you have two versions of the dataset. It's been a while since I played with this but I believe that's how it works.

Thank you Philip for your precious help :-).

Sure, if it helps, you'll never have more than one draft.

You "stage" your changes in a draft. Usually changes to metadata or files. Sometimes file permissions.

As this is not container related, I'm gonna move this to #troubleshooting
