I have a simple question.
When a Dataverse's user publishes a Dataset and, after that, changes the Dataset's file access permissions, two Datasets are created, one in 'Draft' state and another one in 'Published' state?

Philip Durbin 🚀 (Jan 05 2024 at 12:17):Yes, that sounds right. The draft gives a preview of the new permissions. After you published the draft, it goes away. And now you have two versions of the dataset. It's been a while since I played with this but I believe that's how it works.

Philip Durbin 🚀 (Jan 05 2024 at 14:49):You "stage" your changes in a draft. Usually changes to metadata or files. Sometimes file permissions.
