I'm trying to switch internal SAML IDP servers (with a different entity id) for authentication to our dataverse instance, and I'm being presented with the accept/create account screen. I figured if the values matched, most importantly "eppn", then it would be a seamless transition.

Is this not the case? What is used to see if the user matches an existing account? Does the IDP entity ID play a factor?
