Thanks @Philip Durbin 🚀 , so I already tried the same in our local environment with 6.8. It enables multipart uploads and downloads both and Openstack Swift S3 (S3 compatible storage) doesn't support multipart downloads.

Hmm, that's the only fix I'm aware of for 6.11. Do you want to create an issue?

I added the comment on that PR. It's more of an S3-compatible storage issue after that change.
