@Julian Gautier do you have a preference for "geo" or "spatial" or something else?

Maybe we should add "geographic" to the beginning of each field name instead, like geographicDataLineageStatement, instead of "geo".

The three fields that are in the metadata block now all start with "geographic", like geographicCoverage and geographicUnit.
