Well! That was pretty easy! I followed the steps at https://github.com/zulip/zulip-archive which involved

• creating https://github.com/gdcc/zulip-archive
• setting up a bot (type=general) called @zulip-archive
• configuring which streams to archive (just web-public) with streams.yaml
• setting up the GitHub Action
• confirming that data is archived in the repo above as well as the HTML version at https://gdcc.github.io/zulip-archive/
