There are a couple podcasts I like about Zulip.

• https://www.pythonpodcast.com/episodepage/zulip-chat-with-tim-abbott-episode-118 is from 2017 so it's a bit dated but it's a nice technical deep dive into Zulip with it's founder, Tim Abbott
• https://changelog.com/podcast/607 is much more recent, only a couple months ago, and covers Zulip at a high level with Alya Abbott.
