It's obviously not perfect yet nor can I put it into CI yet, but a start. (Which is all I need for our upgrade...) Fancy part: the configset is a .tar.gz and distributed using the builtin OCI registry, usually used for container images: https://jugit.fz-juelich.de/fdm/schemas/container_registry/869
