Topic: helping Payara with M1/M2 builds

I was just playing around with the dataverse-people app and quickly realized I'm dead in the water on my Mac M2 laptop because Payara doesn't have multi-arch builds on Docker Hub: https://github.com/payara/Payara/issues/5715

I switched to gdcc/base:unstable which does have the arm64 support I need. :tada:

I'm wondering, should we comment on that Payara issue with how we are doing these builds? There seems to be a need.

Ok, I'll try to leave a comment sometime. I still think Payara should support M1/M2/arm64 Docker images.
