Should we convert any of these drafts to issues?
As discussed an hour ago during the container meeting.
Here's the query I used to generate this list by the way: https://github.com/orgs/IQSS/projects/34/views/17?filterQuery=backlogclassification%3A%22Containerization+%28Oliver%29%22+is%3Adraft+is%3Aissue
I made this draft into an issue: Change _CT_DATAVERSE_SITEURL to DATAVERSE_SITEURL #10756
I just made this draft into an issue: support multiple languages in Dockerized dev env #10939
As discussed today, we're (probably) moving away from the "Containerization (Oliver)" column. I removed all the items from it.
I prepended "Containers:" to the titles of all of our draft issues so we can easily find them: https://github.com/orgs/IQSS/projects/34/views/17?filterQuery=is%3Adraft+is%3Aissue+container
I just spoke with @Ceilyn Boyd about this, how we see drafts in view 17 because it's based on a label query (label = containers, basically).
While I'm in the habit of creating draft issues during meetings, I'm thinking instead we should just create a new topic here in #containers
That way, we can keep discussing and eventually create a real issue.
And stop creating these draft issues.
I'll put it on the agenda for next time.
As agreed, I'm going to try to get rid of the draft issues my moving them into Zulip.
I'm deleting "Containers: change logging levels in running container" in favor of this existing conversation: #containers > change logging config
I'm deleting "Containers: How to put a space in a JVM_ARGS value" in favor of #containers > spaces in JVM_ARGS
I'm deleting "Containers: Add extension to enable API testing in Testcontainers (code coverage)" in favor of #containers > extension for Testcontainers
I'm deleting "Containers: GitHub Action for installing and configuring Dataverse in containers in a workflow" in favor of #containers > GH action to install/config Dataverse
I'm deleting "Containers: add hardware requirement to the guides for Docker?" in favor of #containers > hardware requirements
I'm deleting "Containers: support development on Windows better" in favor of #containers > Current steps required for windows development.
I'm just going to delete "Containers: reenable API tests we disabled in #9873?". We can start a Zulip thread in the future if we want.
I'm deleting "Containers: find or create an Rserve container" in favor of #containers > Rserve container
I'm deleting "Containers: Automate upgrading of Dataverse" in favor of #containers > automatic upgrades
Done! :tada:
