As there is no remote participation option for the conference, I lean towards a No. Also, looking at the experience from last year, doing this as a hybrid event may be an unsatisfying experience for remotees.

I am rather more interested in following the discussions to understand the inner workings of Dataverse and the challenges it poses in k8s environment rather than any concerte hands-on sessions! I will follow the event page and if it is indeed possible to join online, I would be very happy to do so!!
