Not sure what's going on. We looked briefly at the new auto-usage docs from #9776 and container_app_push.yml.

I think we can, I am not 100% sure what is the solution but that PR had some merge conflicts, after they were fixed an image was pushed. I am not sure if solving the conflict was the solution or if it only triggered something at that point in time and worked as expected :thinking:
