Some people are not very familiar or uncomfortable chatting in :flag_england: / :flag_us_outlying_islands: and might feel we are more approachable as a community when able to talk in their native tongue. Any such stream probably should have at least 1 person as an ambassador, fluent enough in local language and English to bring topics from a localized stream to the attention of the wider community if necessary.
