It might be impossible to get all the repositories connected. Bags/ OAI-PMH would be OK, but still missing key (cool) features of Dataverse.
And for UVA Security folks, we need that pop-up publish text (if published from OSF), but maybe publish will need to be on the Dataverse-side only.
The integration of "all" repositories into one "add-on", would definitely water down the usefulness of Dataverse.
Yes, how would they be able to authenticate each and every repo? That is if the user keeps control, which I think they should.
As I said, I have lots of opinions.
