Red Hat will no longer provide security updates to OpenJDK11 after October 31, 2024. RHEL offers an extended support subscription for OpenJDK11, but their sales people haven't gotten back to me with a quote. Debian 12 doesn't include OpenJDK11 at all. Ubuntu 24 offers the package, but I didn't have the attention span to find its package support EOL.
Upgrading to Dataverse 6.n will move your installation onto OpenJDK17, which will continue to receive security updates for several years.
